Alias: Nightshryke
Rank: Squadron Leader
Gender: Female
Physical Description: (See ISIS Addendum)
Fighter: TIE Hunter
Weapon of Choice: MerrSonn M-434
Location: Nemesis-class Star Destroyer Intimidator, Third Fleet
Bio: (See ISIS Addendum -- Note: includes psych eval information, access restricted.)

ISIS Addendum B-01: Standing at just south of six feet tall and weighing in at 140 pounds, Tavissa is the picture of a well-defined physique and excellent conditioning. Her body is lean and fit, toned mostly from years of evading Imperial law enforcement. Jet-black hair cascades down her back, frequently left in an unkempt mess; it seems far easier to let the wind deal with it most days than to try and run anything through it in the morning and constantly fight with it. Most of her identifying features are known to the general public--ice-blue eyes, and markings along the left side of her neck, are chief among these. The markings appear to be a tattoo of some sort, though the origin and meaning are unclear; the eventual end of the tattoo is also unclear, as it seems to disappear underneath the collar of her shirt long before any presumed natural conclusion.

Civilian records are unclear on many aspects regarding Tavissa's childhood, yet clearly identify her parents: Gordon and Rachelle Mason. Imperial citizenry records are relatively clean regarding the mother, an officer of the old Imperial Diplomatic Corps, leading up to the woman's death approximately six years ago. Records indicate that Gordon served as a starfighter pilot under the old Empire, and was lost in a skirmish that saw a diplomatic team evacuated under extremely dangerous conditions. Tavissa was born approximately one month after the incident. Of significant note in Tavissa's formative years is the natural by-product of this incident: the distinct lack of any male role model/authority figure. At some point a few years after her birth, her mother saw fit to sever all associations with the father, reclaiming her maiden name--presumably out of a need to appear available, in regards to her ongoing diplomatic work. As a result of this, the young girl grew up not only with no father, but with no clear idea of who he may have been; coupled with planet-hopping every few months, Tavissa's understanding of the concept of 'home' is virtually nonexistent.

Eventually, her mother passed on, and Tavissa became a ward of the Imperial state on her adopted homeworld of Bilbringi. Her time in the Imperial civilian system ends with her high school graduation, accredited with high honors at the top of her class; from this point on, Tavissa Dessault exists as a phantom, lost to the same void as so many abandoned, discarded youths. Due to her status as a ward of the Imperial state, a missing persons notice was filed by the civilian authorities, effective approximately two months after her graduation date; sources claim that the delay in initially reporting this matter stems from inconsistencies in when the subject was "officially" missing as defined by standards of Imperial civilian law. Investigation into the matter of the missing persons case was closed after six months, and the file was officially sealed an additional month later.

ISIS Addendum CR-12: An alarming number of criminal activity reports filed by the civilian police of Bilbringi reference a seemingly-crazed woman known as Nightshryke. The subject's modus operandi appears to be pure, unadulterated whimsy, as evidenced by a willingness to strike at almost any accessible bank vehicle, stripping the truck of all funds in transit. Freight hover-trains are not exempt from this wave of crime, and neither are intentional decoy shipments intended to draw out the criminal. Enforcement personnel on the scene of these incidents report that Nightshryke's actions have resulted in zero Imperial fatalities, despite significant reports of gunfire and explosions. Pursuit details are often interlaced with profanities from the officers who attempt to apprehend her, along with off-the-record remarks of the criminal's high degree of skill operating a speeder bike. To further compound the matter of this criminal’s investigation, undercover operatives sent by the authorities to try and infiltrate the criminal’s operations to bring her down are repeatedly sent back to the police, normally by means of the nearest hospital. In a gesture that seems designed to disrespect law enforcement, most of these individuals are sent back with notes containing pages of information detailing where they were injured, where their efforts went wrong, and a sufficient stack of stolen credits to cover medical services.

Due to the need of Imperial officials to keep prison cells ready for captured enemy combatants, and the lack of lethal force in this string of robberies, Nightshryke has been held in custody only twice; both times were brief stints of general-population arrest. Subject displayed a marked distaste for her fellow inmates, and demonstrated proficiency with hand-to-hand combat techniques in several cases during the two arrest stints. Prison psychiatrists attempted during both arrests to ascertain the nature of the woman, but were unsuccessful, due in large part to the subject's unwillingness to talk to certain authority figures...namely, almost any. The prisoner did appear to demonstrate an uncanny ability to divine information regarding the psychiatrists and their intentions, even without significant prior dialogue; though the doctors deny providing any, the most likely possibility is the prisoner being able to detect and read microexpressions and deduce their meaning. In the absence of any further detailed information on the matter, the psychiatrists believe this to be a direct result of the circumstances and environment in which the woman was raised, though a lack of information to corroborate a prior identity leads to nothing more than pure speculation.

The assaults themselves appear to be prepared with a critical, analytical mind. No details have been willingly divulged by the criminal in either of her periods of time spent incarcerated, but sufficient information has been uncovered to allow for a thorough review of a few of the more recent heists. The details point to planning stages being underway no fewer than three months in advance of a raid, allowing for ample time to prepare a ride in, a path away from the scene, and a means to safely neutralize everyone guarding the desired cargo. While unable to indefinitely detain the criminal, civilian law enforcement is convinced that she is trouble, and could prove extremely dangerous if left unchecked. Based on the information gleaned from the case file and planning details, the police psych ward is not so certain.

OOC: Blitz making a new character? After so long? ...yep.
